With our full-service package, your property will be marketed worldwide. We create unique curated content and marketing materials for each listing, including copywriting, photography, virtual tours, and much more. We provide data-driven listing optimization to maximize conversions and revenue. Meanwhile, our multilingual guest services team works 24-7 to provide services including guest inquiries, guest screening, pre-arrival communications, in-house communications, and post-departure dialogue, including reviewing all guests. Regarding payment: we collect all payments automatically and remit them to you on the day of check-in. We also collect and remit monthly room taxes on your behalf for the State of Massachusetts and provide detailed monthly or quarterly financial reports.

We are local residents who run a real estate company — meaning that we comply with all local ordinances regarding short-term (fewer than 31 days) rentals. In particular, we make sure that we are charging the appropriate taxes and any fees or surcharges per state and town regulations.

Linens in rental properties can wear out quickly. We provide two options: owners can elect to do their own turnover and cleaning or opt into the full-service package. Once you opt into full service, we provide all of your luxurious linens to reduce your upfront stocking costs. We provide top-quality linens; they are changed between tenants, professionally sanitized after use, and restocked as necessary for general wear and tear. This attention to detail gives your guests an additional level of comfort while giving you peace of mind that everything is taken care of effortlessly.
