The Most Valuable Partners ("MVP") program is designed to reward clients and referral partners with monthly gift offerings, exclusive offers, invites to fun, private events, and really show my appreciation! There are two levels to the MVP Program.
In the first level, everyone will receive a monthly email with the “Offer of the Month.” If it’s something you are interested in receiving, simply email or call me to reserve your gift. Reach out as soon as you can, since most often, there will be a limited number available. This is not a drawing, and no, you don’t need to get me a referral to claim a gift! In addition, these gifts are always free to you!
If you send me a referral or decide to do business with me, then you shoot up to the MVP Rockin’ Rewards level! As a Rockin’ Rewards member, you’ll get your own MVP coffee card with $10 on it. It doesn’t stop there! You’ll also have $10 automatically loaded on your card on the first of every month for six months! The perks keep coming. If I receive another referral during that six months, you get an automatic $25 loaded onto your card as a thank you. Your free coffee (or tea or pastries or gifts) can extend for years, so long as you send me at least one referral every six months. And what if you don’t get me another referral in that timeframe? Not to worry; you’ll still be an MVP and have access to all of the first-level fun! You can always become a Rockin’ Rewards member again at any time with a new referral.
It is not me selling anyone a home. When you know anyone who is thinking of buying or selling a home, a referral is simply getting permission for me to call them and set an appointment to meet. It doesn’t matter if I get that person under contract, and it doesn’t matter if I close the transaction. How easy is that?
